Whether the Effect of Sperm DNA Fragmentation on the Clinical and Laboratory Outcomes Changes with the Paternal age in the intracytoplasmic sperm injection Cycles of Donor Oocytes

OBJECTIVE: The present study aimed to know the effect of paternal age together with Sperm DNA fragmentation on clinical and laboratory outcomes in donor oocyte intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles. STUDY DESIGN: In this prospective cohort a total 229 patients undergoing their first cycles fresh blastocyst embryo transfer oocytes were included study. All categorized into four groups based male fragmentation. Ⅰ. Y group (Young, Male <40 years) low (Sperm ≤30%), Ⅱ. high fragmentation, Ⅲ. Advanced group, ≥40 years (sperm fragmentation≤30%), Ⅳ. fragmentation>30%). RESULTS: Clinical, as well outcomes, correlated among these groups. There was no significant difference groups, whereas coming advanced has significantly decreased good quality embryos (Grade A) at day 3 rate, rate compared other (p<0.05). CONCLUSION: conclusion, advancing deleterious oocytes.
